I start at Amazon on November 6th. I am kind nervous I have never in a warehouse before. Me and kids need the money since I lost my last job two weeks ago. Which I still have not received my final check from. They are still charging me for insurance even though I don't work anymore and have been there since October 4th.

I'm a direct hire but its freelance work. Everyone with flex gets hired. We pick our own shifts.
@kambam Oh okay. I am going to be working in Eastvale, CA. Are you through the temp agency or hired directly through Amazon
@mimirocha I went have the drug test and background check done last week on Tuesday I had to bring in my documents. They ask you to pick three shirts you may want. And yesterday they gave me my schedule is not one of shifts I picked. And go to orientation in two weeks.
How long did the hiring process take? My husband is waiting on his start date and we're super anxious. :)

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
