We cloth because it's cuter! 😍🎃💙
& it smells better, we deal with fewer blowouts, there's less trash to deal with, no trips to the store, it's better for the environment, it saves money, & it's fun!
@suzzie., if you are interested in the daycare blog post, here it is! ссылка
@crissie22, easy! Just an extra couple loads a week. If EBF, you don't even have to rinse poop off. It all goes straight in the wash, you do a quick wash with cold, then a normal wash on warm with an extra rinse if needed, then you hang dry the shells and put the absorbent part in the dryer. If on formula or solids, you spray the poop off into the toilet and then put it in the diaper pail with the rest of the dirties to be washed! It's really not bad at all and totally worth it!
@pettybetty, I do reach for them often when I'm trying to get my lalabyes all clean at one time. Lol. They have a pretty good fit. I just don't really like pockets especially pockets with one opening.
@pettybetty thanks, I will have to get them as well. I'm gonna look into it tomorrow. It's 12 till midnight here
There are lots of different ones! I like the ones with 2 pockets so they can put poop diapers in one and pee diapers in the other.
@suzzie. It's just basically a zippered bag with waterproof linning to keep dirty diapers in.
@suzzie., one of the reasons I chose Lalabye is for daycare! they are on the more expensive side but I love them. The color coded snaps are great for daycare. They do have a good article on their blog about cloth & daycare. I do have sunbabys as my backups for daycare and they work fine too I just don't love them as much!
@pettybetty What's a wet bag? Is that like special bag to get or any bag? Lil guy my 4th and only used disposable for all. So, I'm just curious before I try
@suzzie. Most daycares will as long a you provide a wet bag for storage of dirty diapers! Give it a try and Good luck!
@pettybetty @babybue16. Thanks, ladies I'm gonna look into that and get a few and see how it goes... I hope my daycare uses them. If not atlest I will cut the bill in half a lil.
@suzzie., there are so many retailers. Lil tulips, nickis diapers, cordy&ikes, dearest diapers, diaper junction, Greenpath, etc... We use Lalabye almost exclusively so we shop the main Lalabye baby website a lot.
@suzzie. Alvababy.com
