My son has been asleep since this afternoon. Which means he will be up all night. I need help. How do you put your child on a schedule. Mind you he is only a week old.I do know newborns sleep a lot but would like to still hear how you mommies got it done 😬😬
After said point has been reached what I do for my daughter when I want to change her sleep cycle is two or three days of no visual media and going to bed with them at the the time you want to set. It's really easy when they're so young the key is absolutely no visual media, no sugar as well.

You won't be able to regulate a newborn babies sleep schedule, it will change constantly throughout the first 3 months or so, during this time they're body is learning/adjusting to the circadian rhythms of night and day. They will set into a consistent patten after which at that point will you be able to regulate their schedule.

They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Their sleep is essential for growth especially in those early months.
