What does light pink spotting mean? I have a light pink “spotting” that’s like the start of my period but my fertile days just ended and tomorrow would be a week since me and my SO had sex on a fertile day. I have PCOS and my periods are out of wack so idk what’s normal and what could be a sign of being pregnant. There was enough of the “spotting” to have the tiniest bit in my underwear but the rest was on the toilet paper and it felt like a watery discharge that’s what made me go check.

Take test in 3 days and if its negative or a faint positive take another in like 3 or 4 more days, I have PCOS also and I had been trying for two years, and then I went on a sugar free diet, and 7 months later I got pregnant, and I had watery discharge, and then had very light pink spotting for 3 days, and I took a pregnancy test 3 days after my spotting ended, and got a faint positive, and then waited like 3 or 4 days to take 2 more tests, and both those came out very positive

@amberjacq, thank you. It was light pink almost orange if that makes sense. I’m not on any weird meds or have a uti or anything

@courtney017 You're welcome, I would test and see, and if they're negative then I would call the doctor, and tell them what you experienced

@amberjacq, Yesterday I was throwing up all night and feel sick this morning can’t really eat anything either because I’m afraid I will throw it back up

@courtney017 Morning sickness maybe but PCOS can sometimes make you feel sick like that too because of hormonal imbalances that go on with PCOS but just test like I done and see if that gives you any answers and if not make a doctors appointment
