So okay question for moms, how long after the baby did you get PPD "if" you got it & how did you handle it ?
@jessicamichener21 definitly get help. You dont need to feel like that theres not reason when theres help available.
@ashtonndamon thats wat i was thinking, call my doc tomorrow! Bc ive had depression before but this is way worse. I cried myself to sleep last night, & it was soo bad i was having panic attacks & my fiance did everything he could to help calm me, but it sucks bc idk why i feel such sadness! Idk why it hits me at random times of the day, it doesnt help i already have bad anxiety, & this is just scary! Im such a happy person & feeling sad always is hurting me & i dont wanna feel this!
You should see your doctor get help that way. I havent had PPD but I have regular depression and its something thats really hard to manage by yourself.
