@jacksmama17 that's normal. Formula constipates babies. Give him some gripe water. That helps them poop.

You can also do tummy massages and take the legs and do slow wide circles with the knees bent to the chest while baby is laying on his back. That helps loosen things up too.

This happened to my son too when he was a few days old.. his doctor told me to stick the thermometer in his butt and kind of “scoop” the poop out... worked great, my poor baby was really constipated.

@karenx3, i get so scared to do stuff like that cause I don't want to hurt him. I can barely change his diaper without having a mini heart attack that I'm going to hurt his circumcision area

Normal. Also, my pediatrician advised against gripe water since it can cause other issues. I'd go with bicycle legs!
