Both but does your SO when asking or telling him something get frustrated towards you and sometimes when u say something that he might be wrong about he says ok fine I'm a liar.

@psp2017, same here.. we have alwys tried to talk it all out n if we cant we jst take time to cook off because usually if we are super pissed sometimes we say things we dnt mean and later regret
