When does the premilk start to come so I can get the breast pads?

16 weeks you start to produce colostrum. Not everyone leaks so it isn't necessary for now unless it actually happens

I didnt leak with any of my kiddos

Not everyone leaks. Even if you do during pregnancy it's generally not enough to need pads
