Okay.... I’m 18.4 weeks, I haven’t had morning sickness in weeks now , im having a hard time keeping food and fluids down and I have some cramping in my abdomen , which I’m guessing is caused by it..... what to do? I don’t think it’s serious enough for a er trip but it’s effecting me as a mom today ......

@aln1017, that sounds almost like a gallbladder issue ....
@leann.harris see mine comes on like horrible heartburn and then when i would go and take something for it and puke it right back up almost immediately... The only thing that I've found that sorta helps is eating very small meals and if you notice certain foods trigger it or make it worse then avoid those.
@leann.harris does it feel like heartburn almost or just an upset stomach ?
@aln1017, I honestly was fine all morning I went to the park with my daughter we came home and napped and when I woke up I was just sick to my stomach
i had a stomach virus that dehydrated me really bad. i went to the ER and got 1 1/2 bags of fluid before i felt the need to pee. i was cramping and couldn’t hold anything down. be mindful that dehydration and put you into preterm labor.
@leann.harris im 35 weeks now but i went through a similar stage early on the only way for me to get through it was a trip to the er I couldn't keep anything down at all and i was puking up bile... thwy had to hook me up to ivs to hydrate i think i had 3 visits in 2 weeks because of it... is yours brought on by certain foods ? Or drinks ?

TMI but I don’t want to talk to family about this. I’m tired of having intercourse with my fiancé. I feel grossed out like it’s with a stranger. If I can go months without it, I would. It’s been a week since we have done it and I’m pretty sure he will try tonight. The thought of it makes me cringe. We’ve been together for 9 years and it’s just ugh. 😣 Any thoughts ?

I really don’t think people get it. I got asked how many ultrasounds I was going to have this pregnancy. And to be honest it’s more than I would like to have. Dating scan was yesterday, NT scan is in three weeks and starting at 16 weeks I’ll have monthly ultrasounds to measure my Cervix. Apparently I’m ungrateful and lucky. 🙄 There is nothing lucky about having to constantly worry about how long you’ll stay pregnant for.

@leann.harris thats what my friends mom had said butt thwy told me they checked that and i was fine so who knows
