Sooooooo my boyfriend went into Walgreens to get my medicines while I was in the car with the baby. Half hour later he comes out to tell me the pharmacist was racist. He first off wouldn't let him get my Medicines. He said even tho my bf had my ID and was allowed to pick it up for me that it was against protocol. So my bf was walking away and this guy legit says "fucking white people". 😡 so my bf turns around and says "really? What's your problem? Why would you say that?". Then the dude started denying it. And then another pharmacist comes up and my bfs asks "so if i have a persons ID and permission to pick up someone's medication, is that against protocol ?" And she said "no that's wrong, and you can get the medications." Once I heard what happened I called the store and talked to the store manager. I explain I wasn't upset with her, just the actions of her employee. DUDE ISNT EVEN A REGULAR PHARMACIST! He is a float around! I said "ya know I just had a c section, I almost died because I was hemorrhaging a lot. I need this medicine, my son and I were waiting in the car a half hour. It was ridiculous. We been running around all day getting last minute things. My back hurts, my incision is starting to get feeling back as well and it's not a pleasant feeling." She felt so bad and took my name and number down and is going to get back to me on Monday. She said if anything come in and ask for her or the pharmacist manager. She honestly felt so bad for the incident and I won't hold it against that Walgreens. It's my regular pharmacy and I have never had a problem with them before. It's sad because this guy works with sick people every day. He doesn't know what we have been going through. It's been a rough day and my bf didn't deserve that. He has been nothing but loving and supportive. Pissed me off so much
