What do you ladies do to help with swollen feet and legs. This week it started getting really bad and painful. I've tried propping my feet up and soaking them in warm water but it doesn't seem to be doing much. 😞

ann_kzz cut back on the salt, drinks tons of water, and rest with legs elevated. ;)
rykerp15 Girl my feet were so swollen I could barley walk. I just had to keep them up

I literally used to lie on my back with my feet straight up in the air for as long as I could stand it. And wear tight socks to sleep
