I had issues like that they told me it was endometriosis. Its where the uterus lining is thicker it causes your periods to be severely painful, even sex can be painful. If you go on birth controls it makes it way worse. I hope its nothing really bad for you. @missjess

@tattedmomofsoontobe6, yeah I read about that. It's not worse during my period and from the little sex I've had since giving birth it wasn't painful either. It's just I wouldn't say all the time but pretty often awful period cramps when I don't have my period. When I hadn't gotten my period from breastfeeding and was still getting the cramps I'm like I mine as well be getting my period! My periods are normal too. I was never one to get super bad cramps either they were usually just normal sometimes A little worse than others but now they are bad and I have to always lay with the heating pad and take pain relievers.
