How do I bring my daughters fever down as fast as I can? I had given her infants Tylenol earlier today and I brought the temperature down and now she’s hot again, I gave her another dosage of Tylenol but her body is boiling hot. What do I do?
Wet a cloth with cool water and lay it on her forehead. A cool bath (not cold. Like right in the middle) would help more tho.
Try it momma its a good home remedy i have so much faith on it... @kclaireeabbey
What I do and have done with both of my kids even me or my husband is take off their clothes and I rub alcohol on their body front and back.... chest, arms, legs, feet and pass your hand with alcohol on the front of their head like forehead and flip them and the same way in the other side and omg in 5 min they are good its a life saving love it... and if that dosnt work that means it's a infection
@kclaireeabbey, u asked how to bring it down I’ve used fever suppository
Use your instinct then. If she’s too hot to you I would take an Uber to the hopsital. You never know..
@kclaireeabbey, is there anyone you can call and help you? A friend or family?
In the meantime bathe her in a warm/cool bath but not too cool. Just a tiny bit cooler then usual. And make sure to keep hydrated!!!
@kclaireeabbey, honestly I suggest going to the store and getting a thermometer. Walgreens has them. Cause if her fever is over 103 you need to go to the hopsital
@alekandaryasmommy, I just did that and she’s boiling. Her clothes have been off.
Try giving her a bath. It should cool her down and keep her clothes off. I usually put my lips to my sons head to see if he has a fever.
@alanasmommy81815, The only issue is that I don’t have a thermometer so I don’t actually know what her temperature is
As much as me & my bf dint like it, we would take my daughter a "cold" bath & then leave her in a diaper all night & her fever would break before morning
