@morgan_dremom, hard to know if you're really hungry when you don't feel it. And that's my case. My fiancé is all the time telling me to eat something when I tell him my stomach hurts and it always helps even if it's a piece of fruit or slice of bread or anything

Try eating a little something and see if that helps. I get like this all the time and if I eat a little snack or something small and light it usually helps. If not just try to lay down and relax for a little bit or soak in the tub. I hope you start feeling better!
