does anyone ever feel like the circulation to their arm/arms is cut off?

Yup. Usually either when I was sleeping or my arm was positioned a certain way. Mine is probably from bad carpal tunnel, though.

Its not fun. Its extremely painful

Very annoying. Mine gets painful at times, too, this weird numb pain thing. And I sometimes lose strength in my hands, accompanied by major pain. I have braces for at night that help some.
