Can i get pregnant if he pulls out but sticks it back in after he came in his hand? He has low sperm count but im on my last day of my fertile window but it happened yesterday which was day 5 of my fertile window. Im not sure when or if i ovulated cause im not tracking anything.

Yeah honey? When I got pregnant with my son? I was on birth control, low sperm count and using the pull out method.
The only way to know is waiting? Or going to a doctor. The only way to 100% avoid pregnancy is abstinence.
Also my husband and I were extremely drunk when we conceived our most current pregnancy.

It doesn't really matter if he cums in his hand if sperm is still on or gets on his penis and it goes into your vagina yes you can still get pregnant regardless of sperm count there's always a chance.

The fact that he has sperm is what gets you pregnant. It doesn’t matter how much. Only one swimmer reaches the egg.
My period isnt due till the first week of November tho
Im not trying but not preventing either i want a baby eventually weather it happens now or like 3 to 4 years down the road

If you don’t want to get pregnant. I would suggest either using condoms, getting on birth control or both
He ONLY way you have ZERO percent chance at getting pregnant is when either of you has been confirmed by a doctor to not be able to have children such as a hysterectomy, medical procedure, or disorder... I know two people who got pregnant while on birth control

We was both drunk and i read on google that being drunk or having alcohol in our system reduces tge chances of becoming pregnant

Im not pregnant cause i got a uti and i wasnt ovulating when i did it either time i ovulated 3 days before the first time and the second time i was 6 days past ovulation so think im safe
