Idk if it's this way for everybody but I know pregnancy comes with some hip pain caused by them spreading. But for me It feels like my hips don't stay attached to the rest of me. If a take a step at the wrong angle I get pain. With my first pregnancy I remember it getting so bad that I either had to have my ex (together at the time) help me put on pants or I had to do it somehow without bending my knees. When I did do it myself I had to grin and bear the pain with my left leg and take a few seconds to mentally prepare myself to try and quickly hop into the right leg cause the right always hurt worse. It's starting to get that way again. Not quite as bad yet and I hope it doesn't get that bad. I haven't gained any weight so far with this pregnancy and with my daughter I had gained 20 pounds at this point so maybe it won't get as bad. My doctor says since I'm already on the overweight side weight gain isn't necessary unless the baby isn't growing which he is actually measuring 2 ounces bigger than average so that's not an issue.

- That’s how it was for me.. I was so miserable towards the end.. it’s starting earlier this time around.. and I saw your other post, my first I delivered without any pain medicine, this one they’re forcing me to have a csection, which scares the life out of me. I’ve already made my will and talked to those who I want to care for my baby. Excessive, Sure ? But done. (:

@beccaaalynnn11 the pain is awful. I think it's the main reason I quit my job so early with cassie but this go round I want to stick it out at least until a month before seeing as the father isn't really in the picture. And my best friend us a real trooper especially seeing as she was only 16 with her first and still made it through unmedicated

- The pain from the csection or just the normal pregnancy ? I got to where I couldn’t get off the toilet by myself 🤦🏻♀️lol. Yeah. It impressed me no matter how old you are or which baby. First delivery is always the hardest. I don’t know that I’d do it again honestly. I lost my job two months ago, and my FOB doesn’t want to be involved. But he’s been helpful, even though he is stressed to his wits end. He literally has a fear of babies. So I try to send him funny videos of toddlers, and he finds some funny, but he’s on guard with it. Only child, of two only children, so I’m sure you can see where his fear was fed. Lol

@beccaaalynnn11 both really but I was referring to the hip pain. C section recovery pain is awful. I literally spent 24+ hours after birth not getting out of bed. At all. Pain meds made it hard to stay conscious but we're necessary for the pain. My catheter bag was dark brown because I my lack of appetite and inability to stay awake kept me from eating or drinking the whole 5 day stay. I don't think it's that way for everyone but I definitely don't want to do it again if I don't have to

- The hip pain is a bitch, I swear it felt like my hips was out of place every so often. Like if I twisted or stepped wrong. Oh yikes! That sounds awful. I’m not sure, I’ve not done too much research of the recovery yet, I’ve been focusing on the actual procedure itself. Watching it makes my stomach turn. Why didn’t they have you on IV fluids ? Could you breastfeed while you were at the hospital ?

@beccaaalynnn11 yes the did let me breastfeed and gave me a saline drip AFTER they noticed my urine was brown. But at one point the got on to me for not waking my daughter up to feed her. She was asleep and I could barely stay awake so I couldn't keep track of time. It had been 3 hours since her last feeding but they say every two hours is the correct timing even though other peo old say let a sleeping baby sleep and on demand breastfeeding is better than scheduled.

- That’s dumb. Where you alone in the hospital ? I more than likely will be. FOB is too much of a coward and my family isn’t near me. So I worry about that: being medicated and not being able to stay awake. I’m not someone who takes medicine.. but being cut in half I feel I may have to. I feel like force feeding a baby isn’t right. And waking a sleeping one is way wrong lol

@beccaaalynnn11 I wasn't alone with my daughter. Her father and I were still together at the time and I had both his family and mine there a lot of the time. This round it will just be my family and my best friend until after the baby is born and that's just how I want it. There were probably 40 people in and out with my daughter because my exes family is so big. I hated it.

- Oh yeah no, I’m okay with immediate family, Mother father grandma grandpa, but that’s it. Especially being in the hospital .. With my first son, it was just me and the father.. he doesn’t want to see me cut in half though lol
