Ladies I need some advice!! Me and my S/O are going on 5 years this month and I really want to do something special for us because we have been together for 5 years which is half a decade and we have 2 children, we have built a life and a family and are super happy! We hardly ever get out of the house just us without the kids but I also wouldn't mind doing something as a family! Any suggestions?!

Locking your doors
We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?
So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

My so and I haven't been able to have cats for years. Last year we moved into our own house. So says we can have a cat now.
Am I the few families out there that have not had family/visitors in the home since this outbreak😷?
We have been chatting over the phone or using zoom to be a little closer to our families this year. It has been one strange year. Making history, basically😪
My boyfriend and I are having our 5 year anniversary in December!! We have a little one with another on the way. Let me know what you do because I need some kind of ideas:) lol
