My doc said nose bleeds are hella normal cause we have so much more blood on our systems and are muscuses are thinned out. Mine has been bleeding like 4 times a week since week 17. It sucks. I know this sounds gross but if you feel really dried out take some Vaseline on a cotton swab and coat the inside of your nose lightly. It works wonders
