Her dentist suggested we do one of two ways, one where I lay her in her back with her head facing me and sing a few songs while doing so and another is to sit her on my lap facing out with my arm across her body to hold her and the other brush and sing

After bath time, while counting to ten or singing a song they like. Sit them down while you hold their face still.
