What it more better for your baby to drink whole milk or almond / coconut milk and why

I started giving my boy whole milk when he turned one and he was always soo fussy and constipated so I started giving almond milk only and he's never been constipated since
My husband aunt just tould me the other day tho that i should be giving him almond milk instead
Oky !. So far my little guy has did good with drinking whole milk I've been halfing Breast Milk n whole milk to get him ust to the different taste and hes done that well
Since I'm still producing what i can. And before bed I've givin him a bottle of whole milk and hes drank that fine to. .
No I mean cows milk is generally not good for us so a milk alternative (coconut, almond, soy, hemp) is usually better

An alternative is usually better because humans were not born to process cows milk.
Just seen a chick on offer up selling 12 mo old baby clothes, bottles and (gasp) baby milk! 5 cans for 10 bucks each. They damn near 30 in the store !!!!! Now is a bad mom? Idnt think so 😝😝😎

Has anybody successfully not be able to give there seconds or third child like cookies fast food etc .
After seeing the effect after giving it to your your first children ?
For example: my son only drink chocolate milk :( he will drink white milk and cereal but never by it self ) with my daughter I’m trying to not give her NONE .

The doctor and wic told me whole milk has what they need to grow! If they were allergic the alternative would be almond milk!
