I've always liked the 5-1-1 method..contractions that are 5 min apart, lasting for 1 minute consistently for 1 hour. Good luck momma sounds like you're getting close 😊❤👍

I had him at 38+4. Contractions had started two days earlier. Um, I think you'll know it's time when the corrections are so painful you can't do anything else. Did your doctor give you info on when to call, like how far apart or how long they lasted? I forget what mine said.
