Breast pumping ... milk finally came in so I plan on formula feeding during the day and giving him breast milk at night that way I can pump during the day
My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....

took me 10 minutes to pump this from both breast after feeding Ethan for 25 minutes. My milk supply is going crazy yesterday I pumped 8 bottles my milk stash is going to be great
Anyone just breast pumping and bottle feeding their milk?
Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? I think that’s why I gave up as I was scared lol

Why don't you nurse and pump? Your breasts constantly produce milk so it's not like you're draining them when you pump.

I would of nursed also but my son doesn’t take to it. And I was concerned that he wasn’t eating so my doctor told me that as long as I choose to introduce breast milk to him it should be alright

I do plan on pumping at night also when he falls asleep

So if you pump at night then why give formula in the day? You'll have milk that you pumped at night to give to him during the day.

Because he eats more than I can pump at once right now. If I begin to pump what he eats normally I will just pump only but for now so that he can gain weight I will continue to do both
