Never disregard contractions if you aren't full term. More than 4 to 6 in an hr less than 37 weeks needs to be addressed

@zykeeriacox yes please do!!! I went into labor at 26 weeks with my daughter!! Thankfully they were able to stop it, but if I would've kept writing it off much longer than I did chances were they wouldn't been able too. I got lucky! Yes hospitals suck but it's better to be safe than sorry! Good luck!!!

@oliverandmommy, yes cause I hate the hospital and to sit there allll night and they send me right home, I'll just lay here and rest until they go away and if not I'll take me a hot bath or something, thank you!!

@zykeeriacox, it's most likely from that. I wouldn't worry. Mine were painful too. They went away on their own by the end of the day. When I went to the hospital, they checked my cervix which was closed, and gave me an IV with fluid, sent me home. If you want to ease your mind, flu could go in. But chances are that they will probably send you home. Good luck, love ♥️

@oliverandmommy I'm really hoping they go away in a little cause I hate the hospital!! But it's more painful than any discomfort and I haven't had sex since this morning, I thought it would stop it if I laid down but I guess not..

You could also be dehydrated.

This happened to me once after I had sex. I had regular contractions that were 2 minutes apart for 5 whole hours. I went to the hospital and they couldn't even detect the contractions, the nurse said they weren't strong enough, so they were actually Braxton hicks- brought on from sex.

I hate hospitals as well as wasting time but those don't sound like just Braxton hicks

Braxton hicks are irregular contractions that cause little discomfort! You sound like your having real contractions. Go to the hospital asap please!!!
