@kkmamax3, but like is the yoga for us and just the company of the babies ? Or is it for the babies? Or is it for us and the babies? Google gave me mixed results. Ill feel like an idiot if I have to ask the instructor.

I love baby yoga! Its basically bonding with your baby and pumping their legs to help with digestion. Look it up on yoga 😊
