If baby is sleeping threw the night, should I still be waking her up to feed? Or just let her be? I wake her up during the day if she's sleeping too long but IDK what I'm "suppose" to do at night ?? Just wait til she wakes me up??? Lol
@mommyofmessiah-marie Yea mine always woke me up. I never woke them up ever. If she's hungry enough she will wake herself up
@ut.2010 @denisalozic717 @brittanymetzger2015 so basically you ladies are saying it doesn't make a difference really? Lol I think I'll just leave her be and if she doesn't wake me in the morning then I'll wake her.
I have 7 kids n I never woke them up. But I can't sit here n tell u to do that. It's whatever is comfortable for u. My kids did jus fine waking up on their own.
Some recommend to wake & feed them at least at 5 mos+ that way they’ll sleep longer. Others say not to wake a sleeping baby so 🤷🏼♀️
It doesn’t happen often as long as she is comfortable I would let her sleep
So my baby is 8 weeks old and is thriving with weight gain each doctors visit. So here is my question: around 4-5 hours at night for sleep she wakes up every night and sucks on her thumb. (She finally this week likes it to soothe her during nap times) her eyes are still closed and she moves around and sucks it. I wake her to feed her. My question is should I just let it go? And see if she is just soothing herself to sleep? I don't want her to stave by morning if she sleep a couple of more hours...
Mommies I need advice....
So last night was night 15 of me sleep training my daughter from sleeping with me to now sleeping in her new crib. It has been EXHAUSTING! When she slept with me she would sleep straight throughout the night. Now she wakes up at the least, 5 times throughout the night. She has waken up at most 8/9 times at night. There have been times where I’m patting her for an 1 hour-2hours straight to get her back to sleep when she has waken up at one of those times🥵. So I have fel...

Waking to feed?
My dd is a week old and I was told by her doctor to wake her every 2 hours during the day and 3-4 hours at night to feed her. For the first 3 days I did that and when I would wake her fit a night feeding she was fussy and usually wouldn't go back to sleep and would want to nurse constantly until about 9 am. I tried not waking her last night and she slept beautifully! She woke up around 6 hours in and ate then slept another hour or so and ate again. Is it ok to let her sleep?
Does anyone's 2 month old sleep through the night yet? If so what time does baby go to bed and wake up that counts as "sleeping through the night"? I know every baby is different I was just wondering what I may be able to expect hopefully soon or in the future.
@mommyofmessiah-marie, mine always wake me up so Friday she didn’t wake I woke up coz I’m used on times she wakes up I jst checked if she was breathing and yes she was I continued with my sleep. I mean they tell u when they r wet and hungry so by waking her up u mess her sleep she will be cranky and it’s always luck that they sleep through the night so enjoy that while it last.
