Update: Mia Clare is two days old. Born at 7:40pm on Friday the 13th. She was 6 pounds and 11oz and 19 inches! My heart so full and I'm one happy mommy with my perfect baby girl ♡
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤
