Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Make your own breakfast! At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
It happened....? 2.5 years and today was the day he heard me fart. I thought I could crop dust him, but it came out full force. He looked at me and busted out laughing. ?
i finally let him do it I finally let DF throw away my foundations. He says I look better without it. He said he hates seeing me cover my face with make up when I can just wear mascara and eyeliner. He says it makes me look fake and he said he's not saying it to be mean, hes saying it because he cares. Im glad he's real with me. He says I have natural beauty. He says he doesn't like it when I dye my hair or wear make up because he loves my natural beauty. I know some girls feel as though that they need make up but they don't. Make up to me is just to do it for fun and sometimes when I feel insecure. Hes the only man that has made me feel beautiful without my hair straightened, without make up on and in my baggy clothes. I can burp in front of him, I can do weird things in front of him, etc. He has taught me so many things in the last (almost) 3 years and im so grateful for him. He taught me how to make pork chops and steaks, how to play some videogames, how to make white rice, how to budget, etc.
*Trigger Warning* Child Predator?!?! I found out 2 days ago that a boy 13-14 who goes to our church got kicked out of church camp last year for making a younger student suck him off, and telling the kid that he would kill him and his family if he told. (Luckily the kid told his mom anyway). Also last year he was kicked out of school for inappropriate touching.

@mitiacarolina3, please keep offering your breast. Milk is supply by demand, if baby nurses, milk will come, if baby has bottles you will not produce milk. Baby will nurse and nurse and nurse (aka cluster fed) to tell your body what he/she needs. Giving a bottle with confuse the baby. Also baby's tummy is very small, what you think is a tiny bit is actually what the baby needs. Giving a bottle stretches the baby's tummy and will make him/her feel hungry faster.
Breastmilk also digests very quickly so baby will need to nurse a lot more often than a formula fed baby. :)

@ashhmx3, I know and that’s what my husband said but I just wanted what was best for him from the start

@mitiacarolina3, the hospital where I was did the same thing but honestly the way I look at is if I breastfeed and he only gets a few drops because he doesn’t stay latched then it really isn’t benefiting him. At least with the formula it has similar nutrients to what Breastmilk has and at least I know that he got enough to keep him satisfied. Sometimes you can’t always go by what the experts say you just have to do what’s right for your baby.

@ashhmx3, it’s just that at the hospital they kept pushing the need to breastfeed and that it was the only way for the baby to get all he needs to grow and be healthy and that if I switched to formula feeding to earlier he wouldn’t get all the nutrients he needs...

@mitiacarolina3, you definitely didn’t fail as a mom. You’re doing good by him by making sure he is fed and in my book that makes you a wonderful mom. You can always keep trying to get him to latch and at the end of the day if it doesn’t work then at least you know you tried. You and him still have plenty of time to bond and breastfeeding isn’t the only way for you guys to do that. 😊

@ashhmx3, I just told me husband that I feel like I failed as a mother because he wouldn’t stay latched on... he’s only 3 days old but was doing so well at the hospital and as soon as we were discharged it’s like he didn’t want it anymore.... i am glad he’s eating the formula at least but I feel like it won’t make us as close as breastfeeding would

@mitiacarolina3, yea I’ve been doing both because my milk still hasn’t come in. I put him to breastfeed for as long as he stays on and then I give him a bottle after to make sure he’s full because if not then he just cries for more and I feel bad and then I also pump. So hopefully my milk comes in soon

@ashhmx3, so you do both when you started making milk?

@mitiacarolina3, trust me I felt the same way because I had that happen to me while I was still in the hospital. I was going crazy trying to figure out what was wrong and then my mom suggested giving him a little formula. And sure enough he downed that bottle like it was nothing. I was a little sad too that he didn’t wanna breastfeed but for now I’ve been pumping and give him whatever I can get out in a bottle so at least he’s still getting the nutrients from my milk.

@jannyakamom, I’m still producing tiny drops of coliseum and it’s not coming out fast enough for him

With my first breastfeed baby I also caved and gave her 1oz of formula to get her to stop crying. Right after that 1 oz she was calm again and latched on to my breast. She only ever had that 1 oz of formula because my milk came in right after :)

@ashhmx3, girl 1 in the morning and I was crying because he kept screaming because he was hungry but wouldn’t stay latched on so I checked myself to see if anything was coming out and it was but he wouldn’t stay on for more than a couple of seconds... so my step mother sent my husband to the store to buy formula just to see if he would eat and before I could even teach him how to bottle feed, 1 oz was gone.... I’m a little hurt because he wouldn’t stay breast feeding to make us closer but I’m happy that he’s eating and will pick up weight he missed by being early
