What are the best diapers? I’ve received all different brands but my mom said Huggies were best.
@randie.raye, all plastic diapers are full of chemicals have u look at what they are made of. Your best bet is cotton bc you know for sure your baby won't b allergic to cotton. We use cloth and we have since day one we have a support group on here with tons of mamas who would love to help u @theinkedmommy, @ashleydunn, @sawyersmomma @believeinbuddha, @babybue16,
@noahs.mommy, oh gosh. I guess I just gotta try what works. Maybe I’ll just ask what they use in the hospital if that seems to work good for her. If it doesn’t then I know I won’t use those.
@noahs.mommy I use to get Luv with my son had no issues with them. When I became a stay at home mom we started to get generics to save money n just stayed with them since then with the rest of the kids.
@randie.raye, oh yeah I got luvs too and my son got a blistering rash the day after he was born from them.
@noahs.mommy, I didn’t even know babies could be allergic to diapers 🙃 I have everything from huggies, pampers and luvs to babyganics and kidgets
I've used parents choice most of my daughter's life. We switched to Huggies for a while, but switched back to parents choice.
My son is allergic to everything except up&zip and pampers. We use pampers cruisers now because up&zip wasn’t absorbent enough anymore. It depends on the baby, your baby could end up being allergic to huggies. At my baby shower I got ALL kinda of brands up&up, pampers, huggies. I tried them all to see which worked best for my son I gave away what we didn’t use.
I heard huggies and pampers were the best, I wanted to try honest co but I only received huggies and pampers so I’m willing to give them a try lol
Pampers break my daughter out I use generic brand diapers Parents Choice
We enjoyed pampers but then used cloth. Switched to Costco brand which really hold a lot at night.
Depends on the baby (: your baby could be allergic to huggies! My son was with LUVs and huggies and the best brand that worked for him was members mark from sams club! And they come in bulk so we had enough diapers for awhile (:
For disposables, it really varies! Just don't open the boxes so you can exchange if you don't like them! I heard you can do that. We hated luvs and pampers. Huggies or Kirkland brand worked best for us. Honest company was good too. Fit can vary but so can a babies reaction to the diaper. Some can have allergic reactions. We chose to cloth diaper but in the beginning we did use some disposables while we were building our cd stash! I LOVE cloth diapering! Fewer rashes, less stink, blowouts contained much better, very little trash generated, you can sell or reuse in next baby, etc... And they are cuter! My favorite brand is Lalabye baby!
