Ladies I’m sorry this is something I have to share here on Mom Life...
I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant mother of a 5yo little girl...anyway
I really have no complaints thus far as far as my pregnancy goes and haven’t really been sick. BUTTT every time I throw up 🤢 or sneeze, or cough really hard...I pee myself 😢😩
I freakin hateeee it. Guess I do have to wear a pad after all. 😒

@luna.cosmovibe @prettyashley329 It's normal ladies. I believe I was told it's because of the pressure put on top of your pelvic or abdomen when you sneeze or vomit on top of already having a baby on it. It'll pass !
Kegal exercises will help strengthen your pelvic floor so you won't pee when you sneeze etc.
@mommiesaremagical14, Omg! I’m gonna look into how to stop this asap! I’m sure there’s some type of pelvic floor exercise or something you know?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
