BIRTH STORY!

So for the past few days I've been having contractions before and after I pee I even posted a status yesterday about it on here. Anyways, for the past few days I've also had random contractions nothing consistent or painful. This morning I woke up cause I had to pee but had a contraction while laying down and I felt a little trickle. I was thinking is this pee or my water? Lol so once the contraction was over I sat up and more started coming out I was like it's my water. I said "babe my water broke." He said "oh s**t" 😂 I called my mom and she said I can take you and drop you off but I have to work I said that's fine. Contractions started after my water broke 4-6mins apart. So I get up, grab a towel, and put it between my legs waddling around getting my stuff together, get my boys breakfast, and get ready to leave. Hubby stayed at home with the boys so my mom takes me to hospital and calls my grandpa at 730 to come up here from Orlando so I'd have somebody in the room with me. Get to the hospital and get all my paperwork signed and wristbands on by 8am. They called me in the back to do vitals then I went to triage. Contractions are now 2mins apart. Doctor came in and said "what's going on today?" 🙄 I said my water broke at 7am. She said ok, I'll get my assistant and we can check you out and go from there. She came back and I got in position for her to check me. She said "I don't think your water broke" cause I wasn't gushing out fluids. I rolled my eyes 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 then she checks and says your water definitely broke and baby's head is right here. So she checked for dilation and I was already 8cm! Mom decided to stay and called hubby so he came just in time! So they said we have to hurry this baby is coming! They got me an IV and transfered me to L&D and hooked me up to fluids immediately. I got asked 3 different times if I wanted an epidural and I had to yell "no!" (stop asking!) Lol I had a few contractions for a few mins, then I felt the urge to push so my nurse checked me and said you're still 8 and you have some cervix on your right side. So I turned on my right side. Had one contraction and pushed, had another and pushed, had one more and I felt a gush and my baby's head was already crowning. I told my nurse "I felt a gush!" then threw the blankets off cause he was coming. My nurse called the other nurses and doctors in, the doctor barely had time to get her gown and gloves on since he was crowning 😂 I pushed one more time and his head then body came out all in one push! No tears, no pitocin, no epidural! I breathed through all my contractions and didn't make a noise even while pushing! I did it! I'm so proud of myself and feel a major difference without having pitocin or an epidural. I'll do it again in 2-3 years when I have my 4th baby. It only took 3 hours from the time my water broke until he was born. All the L&D doctors and nurses were shocked I had a natural birth that was quick and I didn't act crazy or make any noises.
