Does anyone have any help for a pinched nerve in my hip? Pain, numbness, and tingling, and very tender to the touch. Dr saying nothing to do until the baby is born!! Help!!!
@ninaberrygood15 I have and basically I have to wait until baby is born at least that's what he told me.🙁
@lsimmons481, talk to ob about it. I thank God for a good ob
Yep I can imagine how bad that gets. Hope it improves for you.
@kambam thank you. It's fine at home but man when I'm working and walking and standing all day by the end if 8 hours I can hardly walk. Definitely will do more research on stretches.
I have neuropathy. I will be going to pt to help with the pain. Nothing much they can do. Oh she’s giving me magnesium.
You need to stretch! Look up hip stretched and try some and see if you get relief. You can use heat and ice. Sitting can exacerbate the hips, especially with the extra pregnancy weight. Sit with your feet up and stretch often. You can also try chiropractic care.
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
Hi Preggies,
We've had some requests from moms who are going through difficult emotional times, before, during and after pregnancy. Some of you may be feeling alone, sad and anxious in an already challenging time. Some members would like to create a group where they can support each other and stay positive when it seems nearly impossible. Anyone interested in joining this group would comment here and then follow those women. Then you can look out for each other and send positive words of encoura...
@lsimmons481, he’s lazy!! I told her about my pain only on my left side to the point I can’t even lay on it. She put me on magnesium for cramps and pt who specializes in pregnant women. She listens to my every concern. She doesn’t downplay my feelings or concerns.
