What’s the most obvious indication of low amniotic fluid?

I know one woman had cramping and then ended up losing her baby. And there are others who don't know until the doctor sees it.

I actually asked my doctor bout this today. They say they go by size of baby and belly. If it seems small then they will have u checked and do stress test but if they are saying ur measuring well, you should be fine.
