So I need some advice. My boyfriend/daughters father pays 400 for child support/back child support because his baby mom got on welfare because she doesn’t work while being with him. He owes 7,000 is in back child support for the welfare from before but she’s still on welfare. We aren’t allowed to see him. He’s went to court and still not allowed to see him(my daughters never even met her brother)And only makes 2000 a month. . So what do we do if welfare won’t kick her off ,we aren’t allowed to see him. But he still has to pay child support ? Does this sound right ?

@tattooedbaylove11713, the judge he talk to basically brushed it off. And we don’t do any drugs or ever have legal problems. So I don’t know what’s happening and why.

@noahs.mommy, we are in California but she’s in Nevada. We live about 45 minutes. When we were able to have him. We did 50/50. We would pick him up and drop him off. Then she would quit letting us see him. And me and my step son were very close. She will only let my boyfriend see every couple months or so. I’ve tried to set up a day and she’ll only respond we will see.
In California you get welfare for 4 years. If you get a job they deduct what they give you, if you make TOO much then they cut you off completely but they won’t just kick her off. They definitely don’t do that to people. She’s probably not reporting her exact child support to her welfare worker and if getting away with receiving welfare and child support. I’m on welfare, I get cash aid and I notified them that my sons dad pays child support TO ME. Because I get welfare though he will have to pay child support to the state and I’ll get part of the check. That’s how it is here though.
I love that this women wants child support for the kid she doesn't even have and got it. This is stupid. Her mother raises her son, the mother won't let us see him. But we are still paying child support for him on top of the money we already mail him for school and things that he probably doesn't get because she's a greedy asshole.
I find it pretty hilarious how people who have shown their true colors on social media snake away, delete the posts that outed them and come back on social media like nothing happened. Why do that, you outed yourself, so stay out. We still see you boo boo...
