@beebaby he can't. His job demands him there from 6pm to 8am and sometimes longer 7 days a week plus an hour drive there and an a hour drive back longer during school hours so every second he's out of work he has to sleep. The girls don't sleep much we're up more than 16 hours a day most days and theyre 15 months apart so they need constant attention and supervision. I even tried getting his sister to watch them a few hours a week so I could work for his mom but that didn't work out either

I work 6 to 330 and he works 4 to 2. no one gets to sleep but it is the best way until the baby is older.😔 He may have to cut down his sleep so you can grab a parttime somewhere if possible

@beebaby that's not even an option here. He sleeps all day because he works all night so it's just me being the parent and trying to take care of the house and him and the girls and the dog by myself
