What does it mean if I bleed for 3 days than stop?

Well if you haven’t tested positive for pregnancy I’d say a short/irregular period . If you tested positive then could be spotting or a miscarriage. I’d see a doctor or if you believe it’s anything other than a short or irregular period to make sure your healthy and all is well . Best of luck !
