How quickly did you all have sex again after vaginal birth?

@daniellep5690 it was great best sex we had in ages haha and it didn't hurt. before doing it i was like yeah let's do this and then during i was like shit be careful but overall I dont think it could've gone much better x
@courtney0503 how was it? Did it hurt or were you a bit weary about doing it at first? Listen each to there own as long as it was right for you. X
3 weeks... but I wanted to after a week 🙈 my oh flat out refused to touch me haha "incase the stitches ripped" tbf though I had a really bad second degree tear and had stitching inside and out so I don't blame him 😂 my sex drive was sky high for about 2 months after having her though. 🙈
I told my other half I had to wait for a check over downstaira after 16 weeks 🙊🙊🙊 there's no such thing I just didn't want him near me 😂😂😂
@bonnieb I know exactly how you feel I was kinda getting to the chore stage and I hated having sex it put me off. Then one night we had a child free night and got really drunk n my sex drive came back big time but with 2 kids now my bodies much different and I am tired all the time so I know exactly what you mean. I want to feel better about myself so as soon as the 6weeks is up I'm going back to the gym and already started my healthy eating for more energy. X
@daniellep5690 I think you're being to hard on yourself babe. You've just had a baby. I don't know anyone who was even thinking of sex so soon. It took me till my daughter was 10 months old before I would do it more than once a week. I didn't feel confident in my body amongst other things but now it's slowly returning. Not saying you will be like this but these things take time your body has been through a lot. I'm sure you will be fine x
@mum2sky I would 100% wait till the stitches have healed but how I feel at the moment is that I'm just not interested at all n I'm worried that feeling won't change x
@bonnieb is that a normal thing for like do you have a low sex drive? I just don't want it to be an issue for us the whole sex thing but at the same time I don't want to do something im not ready for or to neglect him x
@daniellep5690 I hope so lol I get that 100% babe but the last thing you want is to cause yourself permanent damage or get infected down there. I think waiting until you are fully healed is the best thing personally and at least then you can do whatever you like without thinking something might be wrong x
@mum2sky that is really good he clearly loves you alot. I have stitching too. I'm just conscious of the fact we both have a really good sex life and don't want that to change, he hasn't said anything but I know he wants to. X
@daniellep5690 I stopped having sex at 6 months pregnant lol he just had to deal with it unfortunately. I stopped being interested in sex from then. And I didn't want to rush myself after just giving birth. I was told aswell to wait 6 weeks because I had stitching. He understood that I just wasn't ready and he's been really supportive :) x
@mum2sky how was your partner about that? We already haven't had sex for like nearly 3months n I feel bad for him.
I can't remember how long i waited with my last but this time round I'm not even interested in having sex at all just wondering if almost 3weeks in that's still normal x
@daniellep5690, a good few weeks until I had completely stopped bleeding and all my stitches had healed, just do it when you feel ready don't rush 😊xx
@courtney0503 it's actually nice to hear about people's different experiances. With my first I think I was about 5 weeks but my tear was much worse this time around so see how it goes x
