So just had (birthday) sex. There was quite a bit of blood. Almost menstrual like. Had my membranes swept Monday. Now my contractions are flaring up like crazy. What's your ladies' take on this? Call the doctor? Go in? 39.5 weeks preggers. Labor is imminent. OB said if I feel uncomfortable at all to just come in and they'll break my water.

@martcas1989 the contractions definitely eased up now that Im laying down. We've had two false alarms so far and hubby got home from work around 10. Im trying to keep an eye on the bleeding/contractions so we can avoid a 3rd false alarm and he can get some sleep, but I have a feeling I'll be sharing a birthday with this special little girl
If you are bleeding I would go in! My doctor advised me any bleeding at this point go directly to the ER and I will see you there even if it doesn't come along with any pain!
This is NOT happening !!!!!!! I swear I had given up! But I'm 5 days late and I just got my BFP ???
I cannot do this pregnancy any more. Just about passed out in the shower and just so tired of feeling unwell. It's like I have had a hangover/sickness bug for 9 months and it's seriously getting old. Sat on my couch like a beached whale in a towel crying my heart out because I just want to feel better, just so frustrated now and just feel like I need to throw up 😭😭😭😭
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@fisher.marlena, awww well definitely it's hard to tell when the real thing is because it's so uncomfortable but regardless you are almost there 🙂
