Daughter hasn’t ate since 6pm. Refuses milk. Spits up pedialyte. Currently sleeping on my husband. Does seem like it’s her tummy hurting. What Can I do and what Can I give her ? *looking for recommendations *

Not sure if she can have it yet, check the label, but Gripe Water works great.
