I wear a bra and a shirt during the day for extra support. I work in urgent care so I'm up and about all day and even the feel of the fabric on them hurts. Some days I go into the bathroom at work to let them out for a little bit.

Same here, I was a small c and a few months the girl in Victoria secret measured me at DD. And they've grown since. They hurt so bad I want to cry some days
