Hi guys. Is anyone here suffering with acidy stomach/acid reflux? Ive been having both now for about 4 or 5 days most of the day but worsens in evenings and last 2 nights its made me vomit. Any tips to ease this as im so uncomfortable :( thanks

Rennies were the only thing that helped me I had it every day from about 20 weeks 😑 haha xx

Not really for a few weeks after last time i had them made me feel sick. Will try them again though :)

@sianeeel, have you tried rich tea? They aren’t as sweet as others...only other thing that helped me was lucozade x

@hayleyf i cant really stomach much biscuits :( i eat one or two and the sweetness makes me feel sick

See im lactose intolerant so drinking milk isnt helping me, i have lactofree brand but milk has always not helped my tummy so cant use that. What dry? I was told by one person bread for example can make acid/heartburn worse ?

Yeah dry stuff also works I drank loads of milk an milkshakes too xx

Yep, mine was worse in the first trimester stopped around 14-15weeks if I remember? Just come back again today though 👎
I got the chewable gaviscon tablets and they worked for me. Also snacking constantly on like biscuits or crackers so my stomach was lined helped too.

I was sooo bad with this nothing worked an the doctor gave me omeprazole absolute miracle get some it only gets worse xx
