I believe you can’t, for what I’ve heard doctors ask you to remove it. Even nail polish it’s self.

Depends on your doctor ild ask ahead of time the Acrylic interferes with the spo2 monitor they put on you

I’m sure many people have like emergencies and stuff I had mine and never once was told they need to be removed I took them off the day before my appointment though just cause I thought if my baby was born I’d scratch her turns out real nails scratch more
