So I thought that my morning sickness had lessened. I was mistaken. I didn't eat breakfast. Had 2 bites of my lunch. I'm starving but still feeling sick.

How do you make sure to eat enough while being this nauseated?

@kkmamax3 I ended up force feeding myself 2 granola bars. And having soup for dinner when I got home

@kkmamax3 thanks I'll try that when I get home. I'm at work. I have a few options but nothing I've tried has been useful

@kkmamax3 peppermints help. But I've been trying crackers and things and they make it worse. Idk. Usually if I just start eating it'll get better. But everything is making it worse.

Not eating will make you more nauseous. Try crackers, peppermints. Eat light meals more often.
