The only way to know you are pregnant is to take a test or get blood work. You're stomach doesn't confirmed a pregnancy.

No the line can be there even if your not pregnant. If you really want to know go get a blood test done. Just having a “line” doesn’t mean you are pregnant. And you don’t show until usually after the first trimester.
