any recommendations on how to sleep better? I have a body pillow and a great bed. I just wake up around 3am and stay awake for 1-2 hours just because I can't get comfy and I'm just awake! ugh, it sucks. also, as I start to relax at night time I get restless leg syndrome, any suggestions on that as well? Tylenol PM knocks me out safe in pregnancy...there's also medication your dr can prescribe for restless leg syndrome
