Do you think it helps postpartum depression to do the things you don't want?
Example: you'd rather be alone, but instead you hang out with people.
@pierced_momma did you ever go to a doctor and talk about it?
it took me a while to try and do anything. It got so bad I wouldn't brush my teeth because I didn't want to get out of bed. I think to just try small things. Consider it a success when you get out of bed, eat at least a snack, etc. Small steps are better than none
try things u usually wouldn't do. like what helped me was yoga that was something i always wanted to do but never tried!
Yeah I think so. Kinda like wanting to sleep but instead going to the gym.
What would you do with $25,000
If you received an extra $25,000. What would you do with it? ?
What do YOU judge
Clearly, no one is a perfect parent nor do we know everything. But what’s something you judge a parent off of or just irks you?

How do you like your steak?
starbucks
What do you get?
I did, but since I've had depression before I just decided to not get any help. Ive dealt with and cope with it. You can talk to it about it to a doctor, my sons pediatrician spoke to me about it
