Today is my first appointment.....sounds weird being i’m 22 weeks 5 days 🤷🏾♀️ but i found out i was pregnant at 17 weeks and my OB office had appointments jammed packed for the longest. lucky for me the lady at the appointment desk double checked and found me a spot for today.....which was about 2-3 weeks ago . which is amazing because my date was the 27th....i don’t think i could have waited that much longer 😩. could i get some advice on what to except during my visit....i know they say it’s the longest.

All day process but just this appointment is the longest hun And u mite just be able to see ur baby, hear the heart and see gender either today or next appointment depending on ur doc.congrats.

Lots of questions, paperwork , pap smear, possible ultrasound if they have one on- site . Either you'll meet with the nurse practitioner or the nurse first doctor afterwards
Familys health history from yours and babys fathers side. Possibly a culture (where they check you out vaginally) and set you up for an ultrasound.
Hi this ultrasound was taken the day i found out i was pregnant, 2 weeks ago, and was told i was 6 weeks 2 days pregnant. Which makes me today 8 weeks and 2 days, Yesterday was my first actual prenatal appointment. The doctor there touched my abdomen and told me I may not be that far along(8weeks) my queation is it possible for the doctor to determine that by just touching my abdomen? Has me worried if my baby stopped growing
At my appointment I found out I'm already 4 centimeters which has me really nervous because I'm only 35 weeks 😟
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I just got home from my doctors appointment , blood pressure : good , weight : 142 lbs , i gained 2 pounds in 2 weeks which is great , baby's heart rate : fantastic , baby's size : approximately 18.2 inches ( 46.2 cm long ) weighs about 5.5 pounds . I had my last cervical check up today , I get the results next week , OBGYN appointments will now be Every WEEK until the END Of my Pregnancy 😉😋😘😄
You couldn't find a babysitter?!
Mommas, do you take your kids with you to run errands and go to mundane appointments? On two separate occasions, a doctors appointment for me and today at a car service appointment, someone has remarked "you couldn't find a babysitter?!" It never crossed my mind to find a babysitter. I take my 2 kids with me just about everywhere. They are well behaved (minus the occasional 3 year old meltdown) and one of them is attached to my boob the majority of the time anyw...
