I know I'm not suppose to sleep on my back but it's the only way I can sleep😖😴

I always said I would get a pregnancy pillow. Never did and its the 2nd time around. Ha.

I sleep on my side sometimes and and end up on my back. I sleep on my back as well I tried the pillow method.

You can sleep how ever you’d like you’ll know when to flip because you’ll start feeling uncomfortable

Put a pillow behind your back

@bbymontoya i slept on my back my entire pregnancy with no pillows lol
