Is there anything I can do to get rid of a migraine besides Tylenol?? I’ve taken Tylenol a couple different times and no relief! The pain is getting so bad I can feel it in my spine 😩 and sleeping doesn’t help either

You can also put peppermint oil on a wet washcloth and put it over your forehead.

Try peppermint oil on your forehead or even vapor rub. When I was pregnant I used to get them bad. I would lie down in my walk in closet because it was the darkest room and cry. I hope something works!
