Give her one of his shirts. When my hubby goes out of town for work, he gives them both a shirt. It smells like him, and she will find comfort in it. My oldest daughter has used one his shirts since she was a baby.

@kkmamax3, she has a “daddy bear”. It smells like him and wears a uniform like his. She loves it so much and hugs it but I know it’s not the same

@vegasmomma, it’s not but at least it’s something that smells like him. Does it have a voice box in it? Cause I was think maybe have him record his voice saying something to her might help also.
